AI Notice
Dolphingoo Social uses AI to help people draft social media posts faster. This page explains what the AI does, what data it uses, and how to use it safely.
1. What the AI does
- Drafts post text for each platform from a topic and the brand materials our clients provide.
- Lays out images in the brand's templates, using the client's own logo, colors and photos.
- Checks drafts against the brand's rules, such as words to avoid and approved wording for certifications.
We do not use AI to invent product photos or product specifications.
2. A person stays in control
- Every AI-assisted draft is labeled "AI-powered" in the Service.
- Drafts are fully editable.
- Nothing is published until a person approves the exact version that will go out.
3. What data the AI uses
- Only materials our clients provide, such as brand materials, website text, product information and topic briefs.
- We do not send any data retrieved through LinkedIn's APIs to AI models.
- We do not send access tokens or passwords to AI models.
- We do not use your data to train AI models. Our AI providers are third-party large language model providers that we engage under business terms which do not allow them to use our data to train their models; the current list is available on request from privacy@dolphingoo.ai, and they process data only to return results to us, under their terms for business customers.
4. AI can be wrong
AI output can be inaccurate, out of date or unsuitable. Before you approve a draft:
- check every product detail, figure, certification and customer name against your own records;
- make sure the draft does not make claims you cannot support;
- make sure images do not contain wrong or garbled text.
5. Report a problem
If you see inappropriate or harmful AI output, use Report on the draft in the Service, or email support@dolphingoo.ai. We review every report.
