Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Dolphingoo Social (the "Service"), provided by Jiangsu Hudoo Network Technology Co., Ltd. (江苏互旦网络科技有限公司, "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
1. The Service
The Service helps businesses plan, draft, approve, schedule and publish social media posts to accounts they manage, and report on their performance. It is currently provided to the Hudoo team and to business clients we invite. Specific services and fees for a client are set out in a separate written agreement.
2. Accounts
- The Service is for business use. You must be at least 18 years old.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- You may connect only social accounts and Pages that you or your organization are authorized to manage.
3. Connected platforms
The Service connects to LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), YouTube, TikTok and X only through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. In particular, by using YouTube features of the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time. When that happens, some features may change or stop working, and we will tell you what is affected. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these platforms.
4. Your content and approvals
- You are responsible for the content you or your team upload, edit, approve and publish, and for having the rights to it, including images, trademarks and claims about products, certifications and figures.
- Nothing is published until a person approves it. Once you approve a post, you instruct us to publish that version at the scheduled time.
- You grant us a limited license to store, process and publish your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
5. AI-assisted drafts
Some drafts are produced with the help of AI and are labeled "AI-powered". AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review every draft carefully, especially product details, technical figures and certifications, before you approve it. See our AI Notice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish spam, misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or share platform passwords;
- post identical or substantially similar content across multiple accounts where a platform prohibits it, or otherwise break a platform's rules;
- scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Service or any connected platform.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your separate written agreement with us. No payment is taken through this website.
8. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your content. We keep all rights to the Service and its software, templates and documentation, except your content.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if a platform requires it. After termination we delete data as described in our Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page.
11. Disclaimers
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement or business result, or that a platform will accept or keep any post.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the competent people's court in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
14. Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we will notify users in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
